Course Description: Warrior Run Varsity Cross Country 5 kilometer course.
Wheel-measured. 99.9% grass. Scenic, established course.
Benefits: Warrior Run Community Corporation Pathways Project. The Pathways project is developing a network of safe recreational paths that connects all parts of the Warrior Run School District for recreational enjoyment, health and fitness, and environmental study, and helps preserve historic and environmentally sensitive areas.
Directions/Parking: The school is off of Route 54, near Turbotville (4800 Susquehanna Trail, Turbotville, PA 17772). Parking is available behind the middle school.
Age Groups/Awards:
ü First Overall Male/Female – Artist-made stained glass medallion
ü Medals for top three in each of the following age groups:
14 years and under · 15– 19 yrs · 20 – 29 yrs · 30 – 39 yrs ·
40 – 49 yrs · 50 – 59 yrs · 60 yrs and over
ü Results for the River Towns Race Series age categories will be recorded
Amenities:
ü Middle School gym for registration, changing, warm-ups, awards
ü Long-sleeve tee for first 50 registered
ü Drinks and food at finish
ü Professional race support through the River Towns Race Series and PA Runners
